1. RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following specific circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective: The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.
- Incorrect Delivery: The wrong item was delivered (different from what was ordered).
- Expired Product: The product had already expired at the time of delivery.
Note: For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal are strictly non-returnable.
1.2 Return Process & Documentation
- Timeline: Any return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
- Mandatory Evidence: To process a claim, the customer must provide a clear Unboxing Video and high-resolution photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and the original invoice.
1.3 Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.
- After Shipment: Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner (Shipped status), it cannot be cancelled. Due to our automated logistics process, we do not have direct control over the delivery once it is in transit, and we cannot stop the product from reaching your address.
- Post-Dispatch Charges: If a shipment is canceled after dispatch, any applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
1.4 Refund Process & Timelines
- Quality Check: Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes a quality check, the refund will be initiated.
- Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank/Card/Wallet) within 7 to 10 working days.
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, the user must provide valid bank details or a UPI ID. The refund may take 10 to 12 working days to reflect in your account.
- Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
1.5 Non-Returnable Scenarios
Returns or refunds will not be processed in the following cases:
- If the return is requested due to a "Change of Mind."
- If the product has suffered physical damage due to the customer's handling.
- Items purchased during Clearance Sales or as part of a "Flash Sale" (unless received damaged).
2. PRODUCT & PAYMENT TERMS
- 2.1 Product Images & Accuracy: All product images displayed on the website are for reference purposes only and may vary from the actual physical appearance of the products. The website does not guarantee that product images will always be 100% accurate or error-free at all times.
- 2.2 Pricing: Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notification.
- 2.3 Fees: We do not charge registration or browsing fees. However, specific fees may apply for special events or promotional activities, which will be mentioned in their respective T&Cs.
- 2.4 Transactions: We use RBI-authorized third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for transaction failures, declines, or unauthorized use of your account. Users are advised to protect their account credentials.
